ck55 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between ck55 ("ck55", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ck55 online gaming and sports betting platform available at ck55.onl and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.

ck55 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh, including but not limited to Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Cox's Bazar. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on ck55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck55 strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the platform by any person under the age of 18. This age restriction is enforced without exception. ck55 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder cannot satisfactorily confirm they are 18 or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful where you are located. ck55 does not warrant legality of use in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from ck55 or had a ck55 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be on any list of individuals restricted from accessing gambling platforms under any applicable regulatory framework.

ck55 reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration and at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ck55 at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any winnings forfeited.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times by contacting ck55 support if any details change.

ck55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — prior to making your first withdrawal or at any time deemed appropriate by ck55. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck55 Login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck55 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ck55 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to report the breach promptly or where the breach resulted from your own negligence.

ck55 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, or any other conduct contrary to these Terms.

ck55 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as notified on the platform from time to time. International card-based transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

Deposits are credited to your ck55 account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ck55 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ck55 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform at the time of request, which is typically within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the payment method selected. The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated in the platform's banking section, subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ck55 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the associated account investigated. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been used to make a deposit into the same ck55 account, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player.

ck55 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds where deposit volumes warrant such a review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, ck55 reserves the right to reverse such credit at any time. Playing with funds credited in error does not confer any entitlement to retain those funds or any winnings derived from them.

ck55 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. The availability, value, duration and specific wagering requirements of each bonus or promotion are governed by the individual terms published alongside that offer on the platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus or promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for the stated duration only. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. By way of example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount multiplied by 30 must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• One bonus may be active at a time per account unless specifically stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.

For sports betting markets, ck55 publishes betting rules for each sport and market type on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the ck55 betting rules applicable to that market at the time the bet was placed shall govern settlement. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside normal competition, ck55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

Bets placed and accepted by the ck55 system are binding. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake, selection, odds and market — prior to confirming placement. ck55 will not accept claims for reversal of bets based on an alleged misunderstanding of the bet terms after the bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system.

ck55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from a manifest error or technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. ck55 will endeavour to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.

Maximum bet and payout limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. ck55 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. ck55 recognises that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck55 platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any ck55 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or functionality on the platform.
• Create derivative works based on ck55 content or branding.
• Use the ck55 name, logo or branding in connection with any third-party product, service or website without authorisation.

ck55 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and secure hashed storage of authentication credentials to protect your personal information. Notwithstanding these measures, ck55 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and you use the platform at your own risk with respect to the inherent risks of internet-based data transmission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck55, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

ck55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ck55 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ck55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, network disruptions or third-party service failures may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features. ck55 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

ck55 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss arising from a player's gambling activity on the platform. All gambling involves risk. It is the player's responsibility to make informed decisions about their own gameplay and wagering activity.

Termination by You: You may close your ck55 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any verified account balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.

Termination by ck55: ck55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or anti-money-laundering verification.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be flagged as dormant. ck55 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any action is taken on a dormant account.
• A determination by ck55 that continued provision of services to the account holder conflicts with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed by ck55 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ck55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ck55 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notification on the platform. The updated Terms will state the new effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the ck55 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
